Lock Down Netsuite Email address for users

I'm looking for what is probably something pretty basic. Right now under the Settings portlet, "Change Email/Password" is an option. I'm great with users changing their passwords, but would like to lock down the ability for them to change their email addresses.

I've looked in Help and on this forum and couldn't find anything on this. It is quite possible I didn't search under the correct terms.

I can't find a place to either restrict email changes or modify that Setting entry in the portlet to only allow password changes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
