Custom fields not being set on a Opportunity csv import
I am trying to update a series of custom fields on existing opportunities.
The fields were recently created .
If I run a csv import the import will run and claim that it has successfully updated all document.
When I check the documents the fields are not set and thee is nothing in the system notes.
The fields are of various types, plain text, text area, drop down etc. They are all set to store the value.
We are setting these fields for a new business unit that went live on Monday. So this is time sensitive and extremely frustrating. It is also not giving the new users the best impression of the system.
