Employee Profile / Emergency Contacts Searchable?

Users with Employee Center role have the option to edit their Employee Profile, which includes home phone, mobile phone, emergency contacts, etc.  Is there a way to give managers access to this information in a useful way (saved search or something).  Looking for a way for managers or HR to have access to an Emergency Phone tree (that employees can keep up-to-date).
