Limit Records by Employee Department

Hello,

Is it possible to limit employees based on their departments?

For example, say we sold a portion of our business, and the employees with that part of the business.

Those employees are part of the department "Department B".

I'd like Department B employees only to be able to see items and create transactions that are part of that department.
