Problems with Billing in 2019.1 when in Chrome

We have two clients that have just upgraded to the new release and are experiencing long load times, inability to save, flickering screens and jumping cursors when entering bills in Google Chrome. The problem goes away when the browser is changed to Firefox. Any one else experience this? (A case with NS has been entered).
