Closed Cases KPI Meter
Has anyone had any issues with getting data to display in the Closed Cases KPI meter since the last release? As an Administrator who has closed cases the meter displays with data but a user given access to NetSuite after the 2014.2 release cannot. I confirmed this with more than one user that has recently been given access to NetSuite.
I am using a custom Support Center role which has been untouched as far as permissions go for 2+ years.
I've read through Suite Answers and it talks about how to add them to the dash, etc. but it doesn't give me any ideas of what to look for when no KPIs display when you click on the portlet's setup.
