Preferred Packing Slip Form

We want to print a different packing slip for our international orders with more details (columns) in the pdf that is printed.
But we do not want the details to appear in the local orders that we are fulfilling.

So, in order to achieve this, I setup a new custom Item Fulfillment form, Packing Slip transaction form and a corresponding Packing Slip PDF Layout.
Now, I am trying to setup a new role with the above forms as default forms. I am able to change the default for Item Fulfillment form in the new role but I don't see any option to change the default form for the Packing slip form.
