Scheduled email for saved search emails all results to me, not recipients

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:27AM in Search / Reporting 2 comments

Hi,

I have a scheduled saved search set up to email supervisors once per day with their individual results (set up on the "Recipients from Results" subtab.)

The search results work fine, but at the scheduled time, I receive everyone's emails, with the subject line (for example) set to:

"Absence Requests Requiring Approval (originally to: ***@***.com)"

where ***@***.com is the email address of the supervisor. Additionally, the intended recipients are not receiving these emails. Their email addresses are active and receive email from other sources.

I am the script owner but the script is set public, and as far as I can tell the search is set to allow all roles and employees to access (though this shouldn't really be necessary as it's a scheduled script and relevant users should just get email — there's no need for others to run the search manually).
