Inventory Valuation Report with Serials Numbers Relative to Report Date

I am trying to run an Inventory Valuation Report for a specific Location relative to report date. I need to include the serials numbers for the items on hand during that time. I've been trying to run this report several different ways, but it's not reporting the information that i need. I get the proper quantity on hand for the period, but the serial numbers are the current serials numbers not the ones for that period I'm reporting on. Any ideas?
