File Cabinet?
I am looking for feedback regarding management of Attachments Recieved/to Send folders. Our current limit is 100 MG. Our Sales Team has only been using NetSuite for 3 weeks and we are already over 42.68 MG! I am looking for ideas as far as process management of the File Cabinet. (Do you periodically go into these folders to delete, do you opt to save these documents outside of the NetSuite application, etc.?)
In addition, I am in need of a workflow process of the File Cabinet. In other words, how is this section meant to be used? I have searched high and low in Help but all information pertains to How-Tos. I need to understand the logic of File Cabinet before we can successfully implement a daily process.
