Netsuite Email, Clicked-Through

We use netstuite to send out email to individual prospects (not using sales campaigns or marketing campaings).  Looking for creative ideas on how develop tracking of clicked-through on these emails.  Perhaps, I could add a tracking item onto each email that would appear on the link so that tracking could develop?  No idea if this is possible.

Otherwise, Look at IP address as email is opened compared to IP address on the webpaged clicked through.
