Alert a sales rep when someone else modifies a record
I'm trying to figure out a saved search alert that notifies a sales rep who is listed on a record when someone else modifies a record they are the sales rep for (customer, opportunity, contact etc.)
I know who to alert when a record is modified but I'd only want it to fire when it was modified by someone else and not the sales rep on the record.
For example the sales vp talks to a customer and puts a note or phone call record in.
