Stop Email field populating Company AND Contact email fields

we have this form on our website:
http://www.livingfundraisers.com.au/Info-Kit

email addresses that get entered into the "Email" field on this form populate into the Company email field AND the Contact email field.

This means we end up sending newsletters twice--once to the company email and then to the contact email.

How do we change this so that the field only populates into the Contact email address?
