Can Email Subject be Populated by if Statement?
Hello,
We've used "if" statements in email templates, but we tried modifying one to go in the subject of an email template, without success.
What we've got is a custom field on Purchase Orders, with drop-down options for High, Medium or Low Priority. In the Subject of our email template, we would like to have "Urgent Order" automatically populated on High Priority orders, "Order" (or something to the effect) on Medium Priority orders, and no extra text for the Low Priority orders.
I don't know whether anyone's ever set up something like this in an email template subject, or whether it's even possible?
