SuiteScript email from sandbox

Hey guys. I'm not 100% sure of what's going on.
I wrote a scheduled script which essentially generates HTML email and sends it out various stakeholders.

I've been running it on sandbox for past few weeks. Scheduled to run at 1230am. The emails never came. So i checked the log and it did in fact RUN without any errors.

When I run it in test mode with Save & Execute, the email is generated and I see it come through. It seems to "skip" the emailing part when it's scheduled.

Has anyone see this on sandbox?
