Cannot Deploy Reference Cart to site because No site is listed to choose from

Hi there,

I have downloaded and installed the Reference cart and One Page Checkout bundle. However, when I go to deploy it to the site, it has a dropdown where you choose a site. My dropdown box is empty and so I cannot deploy. Is there any reason you know of that this could be and how I can get a site in there to select. We are fully using Netsuite and Netsuite is hosting our files and  website.
