Best Practice for Many To Many Relationship

Has anyone developed a best practice for many to many relationships using SuiteBuilder? Any lessons learned from a UI or UX perspective?

I cant find any way to do it natively in Suitebuilder like I have done on other platforms. So I was thinking about implementing a cross reference object that sits between the two custom record types.
