Missing fields in custom entry form

I added several custom fields to one of our customer entry forms. They show up on the form itself, but I can't see them on the page where I'm editing the forms. It's almost as if the list of fields for the tab is just too long.

I tried moving some of the fields that I wasn't using onto a different tab to see if the invisible fields showed up, but that didn't work, either.

The reason I need to see them is so I can disable them for a different custom customer entry form.
