Custom BOM using BFO - replicate Print with BOM functionality

We have a completely different customised BOM/Work Order Form created through scripting and using BFO. The part that it's missing is the PDF we've attached to the item record where PRINT WITH BOM is ticked. Are we able to do the same for our custom BOM pdf?
