Netsuite for Outlook failure
Friday I tried setting the 2FA setting to allow us thirty days between having to pester us for the token, but that broke Netsuite for Outlook since it gave us a warning that it isn't compatible with 2FA, so I changed it back. Now it seems that NS4OL has completely buggered off and it can't connect at all (and when it doesn't throw up errors it doesn't actually save mail, even if it says it does). To make matters worse, the only two people in the company that are authorized to submit support cases are suddenly no longer authorized
