Saved Search for Campaign Response returns duplicate results

I am having trouble segmenting out groups from Email Newsletter Marketing Campaigns.

Here is the criteria for the Saved Searches

#1 Customers who have Purchased
Campaign Response : Response Category = is Purchased

#2 Customers who have Opened and Clicked, but not Purchased
Campaign Response : Response Category = is any of Received, Clicked Through
Campaign Response : Response Category = is not Purchased

The problem is that Saved Search #2 still shows customers that have purchased from #1, because the customer record has line items for each campaign response.

How do I segment out the two groups so 1 customer would only show up in 1 of the search results, but never both?
