Multiple Domain Names for Email and DKIM

We have two websites.  I have Campaign Emails for both.  I am able to select the appropriate Domain for each Campaign Email when setting them up.  However, NetSuite only allows me to enter on DKIM information.

Can I setup more than DKIM in NS?
How do I cause the Unsubscribe language at the bottom of the Campaign Emails to display differently for the two domains?

My two concerns (please let me know if I should have more than 2) are:

1) Using DKIM properly for delivery rates
2) Displaying the right language at the bottom that matches the email domain from which the email is sent so the recipient isn't confused
