Search Email recipients who were sent but did not open a Campaign Email
For my life I cannot get a saved search that narrows a list of customers based on:
- group members of an existing campaign
- that were sent an email in a campaign with execution date of X
- that did not open that email
> purpose is to send the email again 2 weeks later
Every search I write delivers multiple mentions of the same customer but includes every member of the group: 1 mention for 'Queued', 1 mention for 'Sent' etc etc > I cannot get to the 'most recent' action they took, only to all actions that took place; but I cannot even exclude customers of the basis that they did NOT take a certain action.
