Use Custom email field on customer record to send a campaign to
I have a question which you may or may not be able to help me with.
We set- up a custom email field on the customer record, we would like to use this custom (alternative) email address on a specific campaign subscription instead of the primary email on the customer record.
does anyone know if this is possible? and if so what is the best approach.
I thought that i could create a new group which used a search which used set criteria to pickout all the relevent customers. i then set the results to just display the company name and email address inside the custom email field.
