Using custom email to send bulk invoice transactions (or other methods such as workflow)

Hi all,  not sure if this is the right place for the question but we need to send our bulk invoices to a different (custom) email address.  I note that Netsuite has an enhancement for this but I am wondering how other people have managed to get around it.  I tried mass update and haven't been successful with a workflow as it sends to the transaction email address. 

Any help would be appreciated as we are currently doing it manually.
