Double Emails from Saved Searches
I am having an issue where some, but not all, saved search update emails fire twice. I, and many other employees will receive 2 emails when "Send on Update" emails are triggered. This never happens for scheduled emails, or emails sent from a Script or Workflow.
This also seems to happen with Case related emails. People will get as many as 3 emails when a case is resolved.
Any insight would be appreciated.
