Printout with new record type has no line fields

Question

Hello Every body;

I created a record type with a child record, when I try to print the transaction with the standard PDF/HTML template, I don't see the line fields associated with the transaction.

What should I do to display these line fields in the child record, however I tried to customize the printout and I can see these columns with the preview button in the advanced PDF/HTML

Hi @basem.mohamed,

The ability to print the child custom record type of a custom record type is still a limitation on Netsuite. There's an enhancement (Enhancement 304767: Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF/HTML Template > Edit any Custom Template > Source custom subrecord) currently logged for this request and there's no workaround available yet to implement this scenario.

You may vote for this enhancement on SuiteIdeas or submit a case so the Support Team could attach the case on this enhancement.
