Inventory Transfer - moving master case to eaches?

I am looking to transfer items from one location to another for consignment sale.  The items are transferred in cases of 72 but need to be received in units (72).  The Master Case is one sku number and the Unit is another sku number.  Is there any way to do this in NetSuite or do I have to circumvent the system process by keeping track of forecast, production and inventory of the Master Cases offline and transfer over the Units only in NetSuite?  Thank you!!
