Use Bins need to be disabled

We just enabled the RFSMart system and in our Production account we need to uncheck the USE BINS on our locations that are remote and are not using Bins, however, the USE BINS checkbox is not showing up when we edit these locations, it does in our sandbox but not in the Live account, we're perplexed...any ideas ?
