Restricting items for specific roles
Hello,
I want to restrict items in SO transaction for particular role 'ABC' but should be visible for 'XYZ' along with other items. I created checkbox 'restricted' on item.
I followed following steps:
1. Created an Item saved search that displays list of items with restricted items 'false'.
2. On the Custom forms, under Sublist Fields sub-tab, chosed the Saved search on the Item Filter dropdown
3. Under Roles subtab, marked the checkbox as preferred for the Role 'ABC' as search criteria is restricted false.
While testing i observed this is not taking Role consideration. It has restricted item for both roles.
Please suggest how it can be done.
