Capture Cost of service from sales order?
We want to be able to include a line item on a sales order that we do not charge the customer but we want to capture the cost associated with that charge.
We have tried an Other Cost for Resale with an associated Purchase Price. The check box to Fulfill/Receive is checked.
I process the fulfillment of the sales order, the Other Charge is on the fulfillment but when I view the GL Impact, the Cost for the item does not appear.
Is there a different item type I need to use to be able to capture the cost assiciate with that charge?
