Suite Analytics Dataset to produce Revenue and COGS for a sale?
Task: Create a data set to capture true profitability (Not Estimated Gross Profit) of a line item on a sale
I am trying to create either a Analytics Workbook data set OR a saved search to be able to report the Revenue (from the Invoice) and COGS (from the item fulfillment).
When I use the Analytics Workbook (Orders) data set and use the "Transaction: Next", the Amount field is blank for the item fulfillment line
When I try using a saved sales order search and use Fulfilling/Receiving Transaction, the Amount is Zero. Sale is true if I use the Applying Transaction field Amount
