Receiving PO in WMS requires Accounting Preferences permission?

My receiving team uses the RF gun functionality in WMS to receive PO's. On the most recent update, they started seeing errors when accessing a PO. The errors state Permission Violation: You need the 'Accounting Preferences' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator

I don't really want my receivers having access to our accounting preferences (and the only permission level is "Full"). Anybody know if this is truly a requirement for receiving PO's in WMS?
