Add Another Subsidiary to Part Numbers Already in NetSuite

I have another issue with Multi-Subsidiaries relationships.

We have part numbers in the system with a single subsidiary.

Unfortunately, they are not all the same subsidiary.

Now I am tasked with making all items have both subsidiaries.

I tried a csv import using the Name (Part Number) and Subsidiary fields.

I tried, Update, Update or Add, and even Add.

All attemptes return the same type of error message:

You cannot remove subsidiary: PRI because this record is used on a transaction for subsidiary: PRI.
