License Plating for Netsuite WMS or AM

Does Netsuite WMS offer license plating? I thought it did, but as I am configuring WMS, I do not see where to enable or setup.

I see Advanced Manufacturing does, Which I could use in case WMS doesn't support it. But I am also not able to find much documentation on the setup or configuration of this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
