FEDX integration

We have sucessfully set up UPS integraton but the FEDX integration won't work, the box to print the integrated label remains greyed out, we're stumped, any thoughts ?

We use Pick/Pack/Ship and changed the options to each scenario of these thinking it might have an issue under the SHIPPING set up, but none of those changed the outcome.

Please let me know if you have any other ideas
