Why is my item search returning duplicate results even though there are no fields that have multiple
This seems to have randomly started with our last update (2020.1). Basically, especially with newer items that I've created, when I run a search, each item is being returned as a value twice.
For example, did a simple search with items where name starts with XXX
There are 8 unique items, but my search yields 16 results. Each item is on there twice. The fields I have to show in the results do not have any variance (for example, I have vendor code showing, but there is only one vendor code per item -- I would understand the duplicate results if one of the fields I had showing had multiple entries).
