Inventory Adjustment: Lot Number drop-down Blank

Hi,
We an Item with a clear quantity On Hand and Lot Lumber in this Location:

However, when we go to do an Inventory Adjustment:

And click the Inventory Detail to enter the Lot Number:

The drop-down is blank.

I haven't been able to dig anything up on this.

Any ideas from the community?
