Actual Quantity More than Estimated

In my Work Orders, under the Analysis section, it shows the Actual numbers to be much greater than what has actually been produced.  It is showing the actual as being multiples higher than the estimated and what was actually produced.  For example, if we are producing 1 jar of an item, in the analysis of components used, it is showing 5 jars were actually used.  Where could this be pulling from?  Thanks!
