Having problems creating Serialized Matrix Items using CSV
This problem showed up for us recently. Note we created all of our original items via csv in a similar manner in Decemeber 2018 with no issues, and I created serialized matrix options with no issue in early 2019.
Also note, I successfully create non-serialized matrix options all the time via CSV. IT's a different saved import, but everything besides the record type in the beginning is the same.
Also note, I brought it up as a possible defect to Netsuite support, and since we don't have support, they asked me to look at support article 9975, which I've studied and worked with in depth.
