Can a new item reference another item for stock calculations?
Hello everyone,
Is there a way for Netsuite to reference an older sku when calculating preferred stock levels for a new sku?
We sometimes have a sku that replaces on older item. Sometimes the tail end of the original sku and the new item arrival overlap. For this and other reasons, we don't reuse the same SKU, but create a new one. However it would be great if we could have Netsuite use the historical data from the older sku until the new sku has built up enough sales for accurate calculations.
Thank you for any insight,
