link between item fulfillement, sales order and invoice

edited Jul 13, 2020 5:39PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hello,

I manage to link the sales order number, item fulfillement and invoice via a saved search, (explained in the suite anwsers ID 37647)

it works well, my only concern is about the status of the IF :

the search display the IF only when they have the status shipped. For an SO which has an IF just created with the status picked for instance, the search displays nothing.

have you already face the issue ? Any idea how to get all the IF (all status) associated with the SO and the invoice ?

thanks in advance for your help !

Matt
