Workflow condition based on Date {transdate} < Current Month on Transaction (invoice) record
We have a circumstance where the date in the invoice is being autopopulated with the next billing schedule date (which is set up correctly); however when the Billing schedules are not followed these dates can be from last year.
Secondarily the date field autopopulates the current date if no billing schedule is assigned to the project/SO
I was asked to create a 'show message' on the Transaction Record for the Invoices; that if the date is prior to the current month a friendly little reminder pops up stating Invoice is dated in a prior period do you want to continue.
