Drop Ship / Special not available after PO deleted on back to back order
Good afternoon / morning
Would you be able to help me understand why i am not able to place another PO off the back of a sales order after the Purchase order has been deleted please.
I have used this functionality on other sites and i cannot see why this is behaving differently.
Scenario
Place a drop ship sales order > Approve > PO Created.
Edit the PO and delete one of the lines
The sales order retains the item with the full qty as back order and it is no longer linked to a PO.
What i expect to see on the Sales Order is that the PO number is no longer there and a hyperlink is available on the Create PO to click Drop Ship or Special Order and a new PO be generated for the back ordered qty
