Can we fill Inventory Status Change form pro-grammatically?

Can anyone know how to programmatically fill in this form?

Our process is we will receive good in the WMS system into "inbound staging bins" in a QC Hold Status.

What we want is a bulk update method to change the status of those goods from "QC Hold" to "Good" once inbound testing has been complete.

Our PO's can have a lot of lines - so manually entering the information will be a pain - so I'm looking for an alternative method.
