License Plating LPN - PrePacking before Picking

Hello Guru (I believe @Herdi Rana-Oracle is the one for LPN & WMS ),

We are trying to find a way to prepack some items before picking and thought that LPN could help but we can't find any help on it. I found some discussions here but they were around Advanced Manufacturing or with a carton during a pick.

However our need is before the picking. We have a team which is prepacking some fragile items in cartons according to the sales orders to help the picker having to pick only the box during the wave.

It looks like a multi items bin transfer with LPN. The idea is for the prepack team to gather info from sales order, "pick" fragile items from different bins, "pack" them in a box and store the box somewhere in the warehouse (it could be many different boxes for the same SO since there is different item categories). Then during the picking phase, the picker would need to know where the boxes are and pick the boxes and NetSuite do the maths
