How can I populate a saved search to show back ordered items when the sales order is closed?  It appears that on the product card, once the sales order is closed that the back order vanishes.  We cannot auto ship our customers back orders.  We were originally told by Netsuite during our set up that we just enter the orders and then close them.  But this does method does not properly track back orders.  Any formula that I can use to show back orders on closed sales orders?
