Update Landed Cost Template through Update Matrix item (Assembly)

Hello Guru.

Trying to update existing Child Matrix Items for Landed cost template through Update Matrix item. Children do not update.

Have created new items with both custom form and stock SCM Assembly landed cost form with the same results. Records do not update

SuiteAnswers suggest this is possible, but there is little detail. Perhaps there is a step missing.
