Execute as Role setting in User Event Script is not working
Hello
I have a User Event Script with a "Before Record Load" function.
Inside this function, I load the employee record to check for custom employee permissions.
The script has the "Execute as Role" setting as Administrator, but if some user has a role without the Employee Record permission, Netsuite sends this error: "YOU_CANNOT_PERFORM_THIS_SEARCH_BECAUSE_YOU_DO_NOT_HAVE_PERMISSION_TO_ACCESS_EMPLOYEE_DATA"
In order to work correctly, the user's role must have the Employee Record permission.
What am I missing?
Best Regards
Elias Willard
