Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Required Action: Install the SuiteSuccess Customization Bundle Hotfix Before October 16, 2022

This notification is intended for customers who are using the SuiteSuccess Services Edition of NetSuite. As a part of your SuiteSuccess Services implementation, our SuiteSuccess Customization Bundle was installed in your account. Your upgrade to the NetSuite 2020.2 release is rapidly approaching; you must act prior to the upgrade to avoid issues with entering Time Entry transactions.

If your account has one of the following bundles installed, you are impacted:

  • 265647 SuiteSuccess-Customization|NOAM SVS STD
  • 265655 SuiteSuccess-Customization|NOAM SVS PRM

Do not update the bundles listed above. Follow the instructions below in the Required Actions section to install the necessary hotfix. Installing the hotfix should take approximately 5 minutes.
